WARRANTY
Xinrui Amusement is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality play systems and units available. Our warranty policy covers all installed playgrounds supplied by Xinrui Amusement:
1.Coverage Period: All Xinrui Amusement facilities are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of operation. 

2.Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects resulting from negligence, improper usage, or unusual wear and tear due to excessive use. Such instances are excluded from Xinrui Amusement's warranty coverage. 

3.Repair and Replacement: Xinrui Amusement will cover charges for repairing or replacing equipment found to have material defects or manufacturing omissions during the production process. 

4.Maintenance Manual: We provide a comprehensive maintenance manual for our equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully follow our installation and maintenance instructions. Regular maintenance is essential, and we recommend referring to our manual for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checklists. Proper storage of spare parts when not in use is also advised.
